National Public Speaking Competition
The Eye Level Oratacular is a public speaking competition in which students will learn and practice the basics of speech writing and delivery.
Materials are provided to guide participants step-by-step through the speech development process. Participating Eye Level centers will also be holding workshops.
The Oratacular event is open to all children from 1st - 8th grade. Participants do not need to be Eye Level members to join the competition.

The Oratacular will be held at local Eye Level centers. A winner from each center will have a recording of their speech submitted for national judging.
Free registration for the Oratacular is online only from December 2nd to January 20th. After completing the registration, be sure to pick up the materials at the center and schedule your workshop.
This event is open to all Eye Level members and non-members from 1st through 8th grade. Participants will join the event at a local learning center. Find a center below.
One student from each participating Eye Level Learning Center's Oratacular will be selected to submit a video of their speech for national judging. Gold and Silver winners will be awarded for North America. Local prizes will be awarded by the participating center.

For every child that participates in the Oratacular, Eye Level will donate $1 to the National Center for Families Learning.
