National Public Speaking Competition
"Speech Your Mind!"
The Eye Level Oratacular is a public speaking competition in which students will learn and practice the basics of speech writing and delivery.
Comprehensive Materials
Materials are provided to guide participants step-by-step through the speech development process. Participating Eye Level centers will also be holding virtual workshops.
Members & Non-Members
The Oratacular event is open to all children from 1st - 8th grade. Participants do not need to be Eye Level members to join the competition.

About the Event
The Oratacular is an annual speech competition held at participating Eye Level Learning Centers. Students recieve materials and guidance to prepare and deliver their speeches.
Online Registration
Free registration for the Oratacular is online only from Dec 27, 2022 to Feb 6, 2023. After completing the registration, you will receive an email with materials to help your child prepare a speech.
Who Can Participate
This event is open to all students from 1st through 8th grade.
